Root & Rise Yoga Class
Root into your body. Rise into yourself.
Root & Rise is a welcoming, whole-person yoga practice weaving together asana (movement), pranayama (breathwork), mantra, meditation, and stillness to nurture connection between body, mind, and soul.
This isn't a class about performing poses or keeping up. It's an invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. Move when movement feels good. Modify when you need to. Rest when your body asks. Breathe. Listen. Explore.
Some days we may build strength and create a little heat; others may invite more softness and stillness.
Every practice offers space to turn inward, reconnect, and experience yoga as something much bigger than movement alone.
All ages, bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome. No flexibility, strength, or previous yoga experience required.
Come as you are. Root down. Breathe deep. Rise from there.

Restorative Rest
Restorative Rest
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra | 75 Minutes
What if, for just a little while, you didn't have to do anything at all?
No pushing. No striving. No trying to become a better version of yourself. Just a little space to slow down, soften, and be exactly as you are.
Restorative Rest is a 75-minute practice devoted to something we so often forget to make room for—rest.
We'll begin with 45 minutes of restorative yoga, settling into a handful of deeply supported postures using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and other props. Unlike practices that ask us to stretch farther, hold longer, or work harder, restorative yoga invites us to let the body be held. We'll spend several minutes in each shape, allowing ourselves time to settle, breathe, listen, and perhaps soften a little more.
From there, we'll make our way into 30 minutes of Savasana and guided Yoga Nidra, a practice of conscious rest that invites us to turn inward, explore the quieter layers of awareness, and experience stillness without needing to force it.
There is nothing to achieve here. Nothing to perfect. And certainly no expectation that you arrive already knowing how to relax.
Some days rest comes easily. Other days, simply allowing ourselves to be still can feel like the hardest thing in the world. All of that is welcome.
You don't need to be flexible. You don't need experience with yoga or meditation. And you don't need to leave whatever you're carrying at the door.
Come as you are.
Bring your tired body, your busy mind, your curiosity, or simply your desire for a little quiet.
Rest is not a reward for everything we've accomplished. It is part of what makes us human, and something we are worthy of simply because we exist.
Come settle in. Let yourself be supported. And perhaps, for these 75 minutes, remember what it feels like to simply rest.
All bodies, abilities, and experience levels are welcome.

Silks & Sounds
Rest cocooned in a silk hammock as the soothing sounds of singing bowls & guided meditation bring your vibrations to a relaxed and meditative state. One of the inherent therapeutic qualities of sound is that it’s audible and tactile; you can hear it and feel it. Floating, suspended in the air, enhances the effect. This sensory experience will allow you to feel sound permeate your body in a gentle manner with healing and loving intentions.
The goal of Sound Therapy or Sound Healing is to create a soundscape in which people can more easily enter this meditative state and allow the natural healing flow to occur on subtle levels.
This class combines traditional yogic practices with a compassionate, heart-centered approach to support personal growth, healing, and spiritual well-being. For this event, Ramani will lead a 45 minute yoga nidra meditation w/ sound followed by 45 more minutes of just sound bathing!.
There will be an offering of tea as well.
Hosted by BeWell
There are options to either soak up the sound bath cocooned in silk hammocks: $35, or rest on a mat near the vibrations of the singing bowls: $25. 6 person maximum for silks, 4 person maximum for mats. Must pre-register.
If class is full, feel free to call for last minute availability or wait-list options. Please note, due to the nature of this event the doors will be locked after the start time.

Before the Rush a Yoga Nidra Experience
BEFORE THE RUSH
A Thanksgiving Preparation Yoga Nidra
Slow down before the week asks you to speed up.
Thanksgiving can hold so much.
The joy of gathering. The work of preparing. Family dynamics. Travel. Cooking. Expectations. Full houses. Empty chairs. Old traditions. Complicated relationships. Grief. Loneliness. And sometimes simply the pressure to feel grateful when what we're actually feeling is… a lot.
Before the cooking begins, before the traveling, before the family arrives—or before you find yourself navigating the quiet of a holiday that looks different than you wish it did—I want to invite you to give yourself one hour of intentional rest.
Before the Rush is a live, online Yoga Nidra experience created as a little pocket of stillness before Thanksgiving week begins.
We’ll gather together from wherever we are, get incredibly comfortable, and move through a full 60-minute guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you slow down, turn inward, reconnect with yourself, and create a little more spaciousness before stepping into whatever the week ahead holds.
You don't need to be flexible.
You don't need to be good at meditation.
You don't need to know how to quiet your mind.
And you certainly don't need to arrive already feeling peaceful.
Bring your blankets. Bring your pillows. Put on your comfiest clothes. Turn down the lights. Close the door if you can. Maybe light a candle. This practice can be done on the floor on a yoga mat, blanket or rug- OR it can be done in your bed or a comphy chair.
And then, for one hour, let everything else wait.
Whether you're preparing to walk into a house full of people, cook for everyone you love, navigate complicated family relationships, spend the holiday away from the people you wish were near, or simply need a moment to breathe before a very full week...
There is space for you here.
